how to block, blanket blocking

Hi, I've read the wizard and disabled the alert bubble, because I found it in the way and frustrating, because most of the pages I go to have long lists in the bubble not crossed out and I don't know how to get ghostery to block and cross them out. How please can I do this or is there a blanket setting? thank you
