How to keep alerts list visible for only 3-secs on EVERY SITE-, ALL THE TIME? Rgds

Hello!

For some reason, alerts for each site I visit stay visible for the 15 sec pre-set time, even when I choose 3 secs...
How do I get the 3-secs to stick for all my visited sites?

Thanks for assistance

(and this is the only glitch I've seen in Ghostery for IE!! I am SO glad this is available again!!! It's an AMAZING tool!)
