Looking at the description for Eloqua -- Software as a Service to help customer automation -- I don't see how the "anonymous" privacy policy could actually apply. Or maybe the Eloqua beacon isn't terribly useful to its clients.
Following the link you provide, it goes to a privacy policy for the Eloqua *web site*. I'm wondering if that's meant to apply to the Eloquoa tools, used on client web sites as well?

Generally, the Ghostery app pages should contain information relating to the service as its used, not the websites privacy policy. I'll notify our privacy team to take a look at Eloquas policy and update the entry. Thanks. -
