how do I uninstall/neutralize ISUPM.exe?

Windows Installer pops up persistently trying to install ISUSPM.exe. How do I use GHOSTERY and help me terminate ISUSPM.exe? Thanks in advance for you input

Thanks for reaching out to Ghostery!

That's malware and is not in Ghostery's wheelhouse.. I found some instructions online for removal:
