As far as I know, Ghostery does not delete this particular LSO. It looks for known tracker domains and deletes those, but leaves everything else alone. BetterPrivacy deletes everything, so you might need to whitelist it in that addon.Comment -

thats partly right, but I try to reduce the number of used Add-Ons.
and if you activate the "delete flash and dom cookies" option happens the above mentioned.
but the whitelisting cant be used for that right?-
When "Delete Flash and Silverlight cookies on exit" in Ghostery options is checked, upon browser exit, Ghostery will match Flash and Silverlight LSOs against an internal database (that database is based on domain naming). If there is a match, Ghostery will delete the offending LSO directory.
Because we use our own database, machinarium saves are not deleted, so it seems to me that another addon is responsible for this.
Whitelisting does not affect LSO deletion. -
