How To Get List of Blocked Items, Including Links/Web Addresses?
Ghostery is presently blocking 57 items in total. How can I extract the blocked items, including website addresses, in order to add these blocked items to Privoxy?

I very obviously was not clear in my original question. For that, I apologize. I will try again:
Rather than visiting 50 different web pages, and checking each web page for the 1 or 2 items blocked by Ghostery, is there any way to view all 57 blocked items in ONE file or place, such that I could easily add them to Privoxy? -

Well, your question is whether or not Ghostery could export your own blocking list -- the answer to that is no, feature like this doesn't exist in Ghostery. If you are interested to see the current regex snapshot of blockers internal to Ghostery, I could supply this for you, but I'm not sure it would be transferable into Privoxy as is -- we use regular expression matcher, not a full URL list. Regardless, please let me know if this is what you need.
