I found a tracker service called trak.io on the page updatey.com, this looks similar to keen.io. The service is currently in beta so there are probably not many sites using it.
I wonder if this could be added to Ghostery?

A better question is whether it's related to the http://trakio1.net/search/anticheat7.php IFRAME. Example: www.uncensoredporntube.com

I don't see trak.io on updatey.com (let me guess, you have Segment.io unblocked?). However, it does appear as a top-level tracker on other sites.
