I found a script pointing to http://www.analyticspros.com/ which seems to be an improved implementation of Google Analytics. I'm not sure if this is blocked with google analytics or if this should be blocked by Ghostery individually.
I found the url on http://help.droplr.com/, this included file is http://utm.amikay.com/uh.js

http://www.analyticspros.com/ is not detected, is this using google analytics only?

I think you're a little confused. First of all, the example you're citing uses Salesforce Desk (née Assistly) Analytics. I seem to remember this being submitted and rejected. Despite what the comments might suggest, this isn't an Analytics Pros tracker. Yes, it should match Google Analytics once you get past the first-party portion.
Analytics Pros still needs to be added, but for dpp750yjcl65g.cloudfront.net.

http://utm.amikay.com/ redirects to http://www.analyticspros.com/, so I thought this is a service of them, but I'm not sure.
When I allow access to the utm.amikay.com domain, I get an access to http://utm.amikay.com/assistly.com/__...?... which looks suspiciously like Google Analytics, but its probably hosted, nevertheless its 3rd party tracking. -
