jivesoftware uses quite a few tracking things, two of which are not detected by Ghostery:

reachforce.com uses something called smartforms with an url like https://d12ulf131zb0yj.cloudfront.net...,
insightera.com uses subdomains of their domain with urls like http://cloud3.insightera.com/gw1/trw?... and they also use rackcdn.com,
also jivesoftware uses webtype.com which could include a tracker with an url like https://pls.webtype.com/v.gif?...
