I’m perplexed

I get an error msg that says "This file does not have a program associated with it to open this file.

Edit Subject

When I try to download Ghostery and am ask if I want to run, open or save
it I click on run. Then I get an error msg that says "This file does not have a program associated with it to open it.

Are you getting the option to choose which program to open it with?

Which version of IE are you installing onto?
