Help please,
I downloaded and installed Ghostery IE a couple weeks back, but I am seeing nothing to indicate that I actually did so. I assumed that I would see some sort of icon or something displayed somewhere to indicate its presence, but nothing. I have no listing of it in my Start programs list. I find it in the x86 program folder, but nowhere else. I also don't find any sign of it anywhere in the add ons of IE. Nothing nowhere. Did I really install this thing or not? By the way I am running 64 bit OS and IE. That make a difference? I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks, Michutka

Hi Michutka,
Thanks for downloading Ghostery!
Ghostery lives in your browser, so you won't see it in your start > programs list. You should see it listed in your add/remove programs list though. However, the issue may be that you are trying to use Ghostery with IE 64bit. Ghostery is only compatible with IE 32bit. If you try and reinstall using IE 32 bit you should be good to go. Please let me know if you need further assistance. -

Hi Pete,
Thanks for the fast reply. You are right. It is the 64 bit IE that is the issue. I opened the 32 bit version and there it was. I might suggest that you, meaning the company, build a version for 64 bit. but I will play with this for a while and see what comes up.
Again thanks for the help.-
Sure thing!
The 64 bit issue is with crossrider which provides the framework for Ghostery in IE. We have a ticket open with them to hopefully provide 64 bit support soon! We'll make a post when that happens.
