IE10 crashing issue

I've just installed Ghostery and it crashes my browser IE10 64 bit. It crashes when I chk email on Comcast.net, Pogo.com and others. I've blocked all trackers on Ghostery as well as blocking 1st & 3rd party cookies in privacy tab of IE. Besides uninstalling, is there another option? I like the premise of ghostery.

Thanks for using Ghostery!

The other option currently is to use a different browser. The IE version of Ghostery is not compatible with 64bit. In fact, it should have prevented you from installing into 64bit IE.
