IE8 and Ghostery further

Well, to add to my previous discussions on the issues with IE8 and new windows not having blocking enabled (or able to do so), and google search windows doing the same, today I discovered a large cache of trackers in my IE8 temporary internet files (cleaned last night on shutdown), that seem to indicate Ghostery is doing absolutely nothing in IE8 as far as active blocking. In fact, had a page get overridden with a flash screen...had to close the window.
I prefer IE8 for browsing, but looks like I'm going to be forced to use FF until you get it fixed.
