IE9 installation fails with error 20001_18
I am getting error code 20001_18 when I attempt to install the IE add-on for Ghostery. I uninstalled and redownloaded and reinstalled but the error remains. The error indicates I should check my Internet connection, but there is nothing wrong with that. This is on a corporate network. Any help? Thanks!

Try using Revo Uninstaller, think may help, 'cause it is able cleaning registry bridge

I think it's because Crossrider is being blocked by my AV. What's the deal with that?

I'm guessing this has to do with some super-secret Crossrider thing. I couldn't find a published list of error codes, and they ask developers to contact them via private e-mail when this happens (rather than direct them to their public support area, like they do with everything else).
