I have been running Ghostery on both Chrome and IE9 on a Vista machine for about a month. The bug lists do not appear to be close to the same. While the Chrome extension list updates properly, the IE9 list never seems to show any additions. I realize that this is probably an IE9-only issue, but I wanted to hear from you for confirmation. I receive no error messages of any kind. I see that it is possible to manually update the extensions, but I have found nothing concerning the IE add-on. Additionally, I was forced to use the manual installation with the 2.4.2 add-on as the web installer never prompted for the installation. You might like to place the standalone IE add-on package link on the download page as I am probably one of many. The add-on blocks bugs perfectly otherwise. Nice product, overall. Keep up the good work.

Hi chrisTM, thanks for using Ghostery.
Current release of IE Ghostery uses an older database mapping since it doesn't support multi-listing yet and that table does not get anymore updates. We're planning to resolve this issue in the next release, stay tuned. -
