The German translation does not use a neutral wording, which may frighten users.
It is overly offensive and often uses “self-explanatory” for words that are not at all self-explanatory to an average internet user.
How can I improve the translation? Can I just edit the messages.json file and send it back to you?

Can you send me what it should say and where and We'll get it worked out.

* reworded some messages so that they are easier to understand for the average internet user
* replaced “Optionen” and “Konfiguration” with “Einstellungen”; this overflows the button in the main window
* fixed grammatical mistakes
* removed the word “whitelist” by using more descriptive everyday language
* fixed whitespace around HTML elements
* replaced “anhalten” with “pausieren”, to emphasize that it is temporary -

By the way, I noticed that it is not the German translation that is overly offensive, but the English source text. Maybe you want to make the language more neutral to appear more serious.

I'll forward on.
