http://ideal.ing.nl and https://mijn.ing.nl won't work with Ghostery, go in infinite loop refreshing, indicating 0 and 1 blockings. Only way that I know to use the site is to turn off Ghostery completely in the Chrome settings (and of course forget to turn it back on :P).
How can I use these sites? I already added them to the whitelist, but that doesn't work.
Oh, about the whitelist, is it possbile to enter a complete domain? in this case: *.ing.nl?

1It looks like Ghostery's alert bubble is to blame here, somehow. If you turn off the alert bubble in Ghostery's options (under the Advanced tab), and visit https://ideal.ing.nl/ again, the issue seems gone. I don't have an account, so I can't verify beyond the front page. -

The infinite reloading seems unrelated to Ghostery's blocking, so whitelisting wouldn't help.

During reloading, the alert bubble franticly switches from 0 to 1 or 2. Turning off Ghostery completely loads the page. Will try the turn off alert bubble thingy, will let you know.

Ghostery will glitch out for Dutch users using the online payment system "iDeal". At least for users using the ING bank. Ghostery will start refreshing the login page for some odd reason which prevents you from inserting characters in the login fields.

The fix is days away, but until then, you can either hit Escape at the right time to stop the reloading (you should then be able to log in), or disable Ghostery's alert bubble and try again.
