Install hangs in IE7 on a Vista machine

I'm using IE7. When I d/l Ghostery it begins to install. A dialog box (labeled Ghostery web-installer) with the message in the dialog box states "Ghostery IE Plug-in Installation" and never proceeds. It appears not to be locked up - just doesn't continue the installation. I looked in the >> and mine is completely expanded.
