Is IE blocking me from downloading and installing Ghostery on my machine?

I am trying to install Ghostery for IE. IE ave me a few warnings , tried to block it, asked for admin password, which I entered, but nothing seems to be happening. I tried to search for Ghostery on my machine but the only links the search box comes up with are the recent web search links. what do I do next?
