I’m not that concerned (esp after spending 8 hrs or so getting rid of a dam toolbar I distinctly opted-out of installing, but mildly curious about the unreadable messages

Is there some way to make the alert bubble readable?

All I see is a black box when I use Chrome or FF, running under Windows 7 64-bit OS. I'm using a decent Samsung monitor and I don't have any trouble reading text in the CMD box so I'm guessing the text in the alert bubble must be about as unreadable a color as possible against a black background
