It occurs to me that many people don't enable all bugs to be blocked by Ghostery in its options. They are not by default all being blocked and you must after each update of bug list re-enable blocking of all web bugs as they are also not blocked by default if you don't enable such.
Also, if you have trouble with certain sites like iGoogle, you must deselect Google Widgets from being blocked by Ghostery or the page(s) will fail to load completely.
I just thought I'd throw this out there for folks new to Ghostery and hopefully help someone along the way and maybe learn something from others who have anything to add to this topic.
Thanks and have a great week.

Still I would like to hear from others about their use of Ghostery. -

Elwood,
I haven't notice having to reselect new elements after updating. This puppy just seems to work... but since I use Chrome it doesn't always block all elements. But I don't understand why Google Analytics is sometimes blocked and then Not on another page... but then when someone posts a script I just move to the post that's written in English.. :-(-
Whether a bug actually gets blocked depends on the speed of the page you are on and where the bug is placed on the page. Generally speaking, bugs are more likely to sneak through on fast-loading websites.
Chrome Ghostery will have guaranteed-to-work blocking soon after the browser is updated to support it. -

Ghostery 3.0.0 is here! We've implemented Chrome's new detection/blocking technology and it looks great!
Chrome 17 and up required; Chrome 18 and up recommended.
