Thank you for the new warning that Ghostery steps aside if the Beef Taco add-on is detected (Beef Taco is now disabled :) ), There are other add-ons playing in the same arena as Ghostery which this posting "before_or_after_adblock_plus_and_or_noscript" partially answers.
Idea 1: Provide a page on your web site which a proactive user of Ghostery may use to verify that Ghostery, Ad-Block Plus, NoScript, Better Privacy, and Browser Protect interact as expected (a page the developers could use as well).
Idea 2: Created an Advanced Option where all Ghostery suppressed scripts are written to a logging file to help verify Idea 1.

Hi BJ, thanks for using Ghostery.
We use test pages ourselves but making them public as a "tester" for other extensions/applications is a good idea, so we might create something like that.
As far as idea 2, Firefox Ghostery has Block Log that does exactly what you are asking. To see it press ALT +T (for Tools menu) -> Ghostery -> Block Log. -
