I've noticed that when I go here http://www.annexcafe.com I'm advised that Microsoft Analytics is found. My understanding was that Microsoft dropped this facility some years ago. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsof...
Can you determine why it is apparently still being used by Annexcafe?

So sorry for the delay in response.
I took a look at that script and it does appear to be active. However, you are correct in that Microsoft is not supporting this as a product, but the servers are still live, meaning data can still be collected.
We find that websites are prone to leaving pixels around that don't relate to an active product on their side, so you may want to contact the webmaster and bring his/her attention to an outdated script living on their site. -
