Hello
I'm currently using Firefox Developer Edition 38.0a2 (2015-03-03). Ghostery is working except that the button is missing, its not on my toolbar or in the menu or available when you customize.
I can view it in add-ons and set options etc OK
I understand this might be an issue because I'm using the developer edition but though Id give you a head up in-case it ends up in the Firefox Stable version.

Appreciate the heads up! Can you try disabling the extension, restart the browser and then enable again to see if that brings the icon back? If not, there might be something we need to do in regards to the icon API.
