Missing adserver

I came across a sites that use "adserver.cl". This is not being blocked by Ghostery.
The banners all start with:
http://sa1.adserver.cl/

For example:
http://sa1.adserver.cl/1383050375-200...
http://sa1.adserver.cl/1384268057-415...

I think this is extremely rare; I only know of two sites where it appears:

www.cooperativa.cl
www.universo.cl

The detection pattern would be /\\.adserver\\.cl\\/ad\\//
