Online Trust Alliance does not appear in Ghostery's Blocking Options (bug list, drop-down menu, affiliation legend). Their logo is available as chrome://ghostery/content/affils/OTA.png and is shown in the "What is" pages on the web site.
iASH Europe is completely unknown to Ghostery. The "What is" pages load an image with a blank src. Example: http://www.ghostery.com/apps/demdex

OTA icon exists, but it wasn't added in our database. Our privacy team will go through the company list and update entries belonging to OTA. Once thats done, well integrate it into Ghostery.
