Most recent Ghostery crashing Ie9\Vista

Ghostery now crashes Ie9\Vista. Most recent version. Worked until 04\02\2015 AM computer restart. Checked all addons one by one. Ghostery only one to crash browser. Ie9 homepage never even successfully loads before crashing. I tried ldownloading fresh; Ghostery\Ie9 exhibited same behavior. Did you guys just push a new update, perhaps? As I said, program worked before this morning. No other updates installed.
