Navigation bar button
Everytime when Ghostery installs an update, the button in the navigation bar appears even though I deactivated it.

It would seem so, it just reappeared again for me after Iceweasel got upgraded to 10.0.6 (by all means Ghostery might have been upgraded too since i last started my browser, it is now at 2.8.0.2).
After the first few times of the button reappearing after i customised the navigation bar i've begun to disable it in the Ghostery options instead. (Not that i'm having any more luck with that.) -
