Preferences backup timer in the Advanced section near the "Import/Export: Click here to import/export Ghostery Settings"
There have been a few times when Ghostery completely reset itself back to default. It could have been something I did or, who knows, a bug somewhere. Although Ghostery has a pref backup feature, I have only used it a few times. If there had been a setting to auto backup prefs, it might have saved me a lot of trouble.
Something like: export settings every: X minutes/hours/days; could include every 24 hours; every time browser quits. Could be a pulldown with some fixed values or a textbox allowing user to choose input a number and second options of minutes/hours/days.
And allow user to choose a folder location.

Hi AJ,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
I like that idea! I'll create a ticket! -

I second a need for this option. Quite a few times now, when the Ghostery plug-in updates to a new version, I lose my blocking settings and have to start over "fine-tuning" what works for me.
