New ad network: Yabuka.com
I don't mind ads if they're helpful, but I'm tired of the scams and the "ad networks" that consist of nothing but scams. One example is "Adblade", which is detected by Ghostery. But I'm now seeing the "Dermatologists don't want you knowing about this 1 old trick" ads from a new source calling itself "Ads by Yabuka.com". It's not detected by Ghostery, so hopefully you can add them?

Hey robert, thanks for using Ghostery.
To add a new entry to the database, we require a sample site you've encountered them on. Do you have a sample? -

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday -- I'm using the Chrome beta (9.0.597.83), and it wouldn't let me reply. I come across "yabuka" on the Fort Worth Star-Telegram website, http://www.star-telegram.com/ . I couldn't get one to come up for a while (which made me celebrate a little), but I finally got one to come up when I switched browsers so I could post this message! This article may or may not give you a Yabuka link:
http://www.star-telegram.com/2011/02/...
The ad URL is in the form:
hxxp://ad.yabuka.com/statsin/through/803/1399/300x250
This one is a 3-part square ad, and each part has a different number where the above URL has "1399".
Hope this info is helpful! -
