New pixel signature for Yahoo's "Right Media" - can you add to your defs file?

Yahoo's "Right Media" has a new pixel signature. In addition to the "yieldmanager.com" and "bluelithium.com" domains that Ghostery already knows about, Yahoo has updated the domain for its RMX pixels going forward to be "ads.yahoo.com".
