newrepublic.com uses 3 3rd party domains that look like trackers

e.g. on this page http://www.newrepublic.com/article/11... there are 3 3rd party domains that Ghostery doesn't classify, can quite identify two though.

http://embed.spokenlayer.com/spokenlayer.js looks like a widget, could quite get this to work. This uses a unique user id on the domain spokenlayer.com

http://acount.alley.ws:8888/count?client=tnr&action[view_article]=1 this is definitely a count pixel using a unique user id, but I couldn't figure out what service this is (on a side note, the url http://acount.alley.ws/ displays a browsable directory, whoever is running this doesn't know s*t about security)

http://ddxi08ef6jz8g.cloudfront.net/porthole.min.js looks to me like a widget library, but I didn't quite get what it does.
