No Graphics on many sites with Ghostery

Installed ghostery with IE 11. All video and pictures removed from many websites. An example is Fox News which just shows as text.

Have no idea why, but today after enabling Ghostery to get a screen shot it works. This is the first time it has worked with IE for me. So, I will leave it on and monitor how it works. Thank you.
