I’m having high hopes.

No-Restart for Ghostery. Please!

Edit Subject

It's time to implement the extension "no-restart" function in Mozilla browsers. Restart-to-disable needs to die. Not to single out Ghostery, but you folks should get on it. Soon. Thank you!

Hi dallas, thanks for using Ghostery.

Next release of Ghostery for Firefox (v3) is restart-less since its using the new Addon SDK (Jetpack) for Firefox. If you are feeling adventurous, I can send you a beta build that works pretty well. Its also more performant then 2.9, so it may resolve some of your other issues you've posted about. Let me know if you'd like to pilot it at felix@evidon.com
