None of the buttons respond

I am trying to use a site that is "broken" by Ghostery and tried to disable blocking on the appropriate trackers, that is where I ran into problems.

Firstly, "To apply chages, reload page" link/button doesn't work.
When I disable blocking on trackers and reload the page manually, the changes I made disappear.
And when I further clicked on things, nothing works (settings, support, etc.), only animations on the buttons work but they don't do anything.
