Not saving tracker blocking settings

Hello,

In Ghostery's options, under Blocking Options, the Tracker tab displays that not all trackers are blocked. There are two associated problems:

1) Under Advanced options, "Block new elements by default" is checked
2) On the Tracker tab, when I click Select All and it shows all trackers as blocked. However when I save and re-open Ghostery's options, nothing has changed; the trackers are again not blocked.
