Older Versions Error Message

I keep getting the message that Ghostery has detected an older version, even though I have removed all versions but the current one. How do I fix?

    Hi Diane,

    Please go to Tools > Manage Add-ons > under Add-on Types, select Toolbars and Extensions > and please let me know what Addon-on(s) are listed with the name Ghostery?

    You should have only one named "Ghostery IE", version 1.0.0.1. If there are others than this one named Ghostery, please disable them by selecting them and clicking the "Disable" button.

    P.S.: I assumed you were using IE 9, let me know if you need these instructions for a different version of IE.
