Yeah, that would indeed be funny. Instead of giving the trackers no data at all, give them random or almost-relevant data so that their overall quality decreases.

Before doing this, Ghostery should probably consult a lawyer, since some jurisdictions might interpret this as computer sabotage. See http://dejure.org/gesetze/StGB/303b.html (1) 2 for Germany.
