Opening Ghostery before or as IE is opened

How do I get Ghostery to enable before or as I open IE instead of pinging me after I'm already surfing and have to close all tabs to start it?

Ghostery should start as soon as you start browsing.. Are you saying that you don't get the alert bubble until later?
