First of all, I'd like to praise this software and its tracker list. One change I'd like to see, however, is for new tracker updates to default to enabled as I automatically block everything and enable exceptions. Is this an option that can be added in a future revision?
I know this is claimed as "solved" if one uses "block all", but I do have a limited number of exceptions and would just like new things to be blocked automatically without resorting to blocking all.

What browser are you using, and which version of Ghostery do you have?
Unless you're still using something really ancient, you should have a "Block new elements by default" option.

Eric is right.. If you are using the current version, In the advanced tab you can choose "Block New Elements By Default". This will ensure that all new trackers added to the library will be set to block automatically.
