If I print a page from the browser, sometimes your alert window will be printed too. Other than disabling the alert window, or remembering to wait before printing is there some other solution ?

You could also click the purple alert bubble to dismiss it right away.
We are going to see about hiding the alert on pages being sent to the printer in a future Ghostery update.Comment -

The alert bubble will be automatically hidden from print documents as of Ghostery for Firefox 2.7.3.
