Port Ghostery for Firefox to Thunderbird.

The subject says it all really. port the Firefox add-on to Thunderbird so we can use it to block the bugs in emails and RSS feeds. I really hate letting paypal know I have read their mail, and the bugs in RSS feeds are actually opening browser pages for the image.
