Ghostery shouldn't impact any software on your computer as it only lives inside your web browser . If you disable Ghostery does the printer work again? Which browser and version of ghostery are you using?

Hi. Thanks. For some reason, once I shut my computer down last night and restarted it this morning, everything worked fine.

I must say that I am impressed with your program. My computer is running much faster and I am not experiencing a multitude of pop-ups, any more.
