Problem downloading Ghostery IE plugin for IE 8

I am trying to download Ghostery for IE 8. When I click on the IE Ghostery download, the "Ghostery IE Plugin Installation" message box appears, but nothing else happens. I have temporarilly turned off my anti-virus/malware program and pop up blocker but still no luck.
