problem shutting down firefox!!!!

yes i love your program Ghostery it's just now when i try to run with Firefox it won't run for some odd reason it keeps shutting down firefox. if this could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated.

    Was Ghostery working before, and now it doesn't — or did it never work for you? Or were you using it with a different browser?

    If it had been working, what (if anything) has changed recently?

    Which version of Firefox are you using? Did you upgrade from a previous version? If so, did you install (or reinstall) Ghostery before or after? Which version of Ghostery are you using?

    Does Firefox "shut down" immediately, or is there something specific you have to do first?

    Does the failure occur every time, or only some of the time?

    Do any unusual messages appear on the screen, or does it just act like you quit Firefox normally?

    Can you try to walk us through what you're seeing? ...the steps you're taking? ("I do this and this happens.")

    Which operating system (and version, if you know it) are you using?
