problems update mobile browser

I've installed the ghostery browser (love it, thanks!) for Android on my mobile phone and since this week's update I have a few problems:
- search button on the home page does not respond, no response to hitting 'go' on the keyboard either
- links from twitter don't open, they only open after I select the tab from the list of open tabs and then hit refresh
- on some websites not all buttons respond
My phone is a Samsung galaxy s4. I had none of these problems, or any problems for that matter, before the update. Hope it can be fixed.
