Clicking on purple alert bubble should open findings menu/panel

Edit Subject

The menu should open itself when clicking on the purple bubble, now the bubble just vanishes after clicking which seems counter-intuitive to me.

The Alert Bubble is just that, because you do have the ability to disable it completely.
