Reinstalls and/or setup page every time I open Firefox

Every time I open up Firefox I get the Ghostery page.

Plus, at lease once a week Ghostery reinstalls and I lose all of my settings.

This is getting too annoying. If this can't be fixed, then I will have to unistall Ghostery because it is wasting too much of my time.
