Reloading a page a number of times.

Hey there, Im not too sure if this is a problem or maybe my web browser, but when I go to a certain website (gizmodo is the only one I have notice this problem on) it will reload the page several times. But then when I want to go back a page, since it has reloaded the page a number of times I can no go back to the last page. If I disable and then re-enable ghostery it will work for maybe a day with out this problem then the next day it will start doing it agin. I love this add on but just wondering why it would be doing this. Thanks, and p.s. sorry about grammer and spelling, Im not so good at it. lol

    Hi Jordan,

    Thanks for using Ghostery!

I'm not seeing what you are describing on Gizmodo.. seems to working as expected. Which version of Chrome and Ghostery are you running? Do you have other extensions active?

  • Hey Pete,

Im running the latest version of chrome (Version 26.0.1410.43), Ghostery 4.1.0 and i also have AdBlock Plus 1.4 running in chrome as well.

I find when I go to gizmodo and select to show the website in "blog view" (just different layout option, top right hand corner), then I click on a story to read and it will reload that page I clicked on like 5-10 times but in the history of chrome it only shows it once.

Iv added some pictures to show more what is going on.

    Thanks for the help! Jordan
