Reporting an unblocked tracker: Radar Stats

First of all, sorry if this isn't considered a question, I wasn't sure of the type of topic it is.

Secondly, I've checked your database and it seems that Radar Stats (http://radarstats.com) is not part of it. I found it at a Tumblr blog (http://noelbackwardsisleon.tumblr.com/). There is a small rectangle reporting the number of people online in the bottom right corner of the screen, that's how I discovered it.
